**PYLON Participates in the Auspicious Piling Ceremony for Aspire Sukhumvit - Rama 4 Project**
On 22 September 2022, Mr. Pisan Sirisuksakulchai, Director and Executive Vice President of Pylon Public Company Limited, participated in the auspicious piling ceremony for the Aspire Sukhumvit - Rama 4 project, together with AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited. The first bored pile for the project was scheduled to commence on 23 September 2022.
Project location: Rama 4 Road, Phra Khanong Sub-district, Khlong Toei District, Bangkok

Aspire Sukhumvit - Rama 4 is a 38-storey high-rise condominium comprising one building with 1,323 residential units and 2 shop units. The project features a maximum of 45 units per floor, approximately 450 parking spaces, representing 34% of the total number of units, excluding double parking, and a land area of approximately 4 rai, 3 ngan, and 55.8 square wah.
Construction commencement: Approximately Q3/2022
Expected completion: Approximately Q2/2025
The project is highlighted by its extensive common area of over 5,000 sq.m., with a design concept that emphasizes connected common spaces and landscaped areas in an “Infinity Loop” layout.
